Refund policy

This Online Shop Product Return/Refund Policy is subject to the Coastal Corridor Alliance Shop Terms of Service, and all non-conflicting terms in the Terms of Service shall apply to this Online Shop Product Return/Refund Policy.

Shipping Policy

All orders shall be packed and shipped via our preferred shipping provider within three to five (3-5) business days of your order being accepted, unless otherwise noted. Customers will receive tracking information. We offer USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx Ground Economy shipping, depending on the size and weight of the order. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted on items that are the wrong color/size/SKU than what the customer ordered, or if a product arrives damaged (not as a result of any action by the carrier) or has a manufacturing defect. We can offer a free reprint or a refund. You must report any damaged or non-delivered product within thirty (30) days of the product being delivered or the intended delivery date. Unless we so request, you do not have to return the faulty item(s) and photo proof showing the problem is sufficient. If multiple items using the same design are affected, provide a photo or video showing all the defective items together. For lost orders (if the address was correct), we may offer a reprint after investigation. All returned items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed their mind.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once the return claim is received, Coastal Corridor Alliance will send an email notification that we have reviewed the return/exchange request and will provide a determination in accordance with the return policy. If approved, then the refund or exchange will be processed. If a refund is being applied, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a customer has not received a refund after five (5) business days of receiving the refund notification email, please check the applicable credit card account or bank account to see if the credit has been posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on financial statements. If it has been over ten (10) business days and you have completed the steps above and still have not received a refund yet, please contact us via email at admin@CoastalCorridor.org.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, the sale of sale items is final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
