Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped via our preferred shipping provider within three to five (3-5) business days of your order being accepted, unless otherwise noted. Tracking information is provided to the purchaser. We offer USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx Ground Economy shipping, depending on the size and weight of the order. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items that are the wrong color/size/SKU than what was ordered, or if a product arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect. We can offer a free reprint or a refund. You must report any damaged or non-delivered product within thirty (30) days of the product being delivered. All returned items must be new, unused, and remain in the same condition as when they were received.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the return claim is received, Coastal Corridor Alliance will send an email notification that we have reviewed the return/exchange request, and provide a determination based on the return policy. If approved, then the refund or exchange will be processed. If a refund is being applied, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
